Your manuals are online. The person who needs one may still be lost.

The current edition is linked from one product page. An older model lives beneath a filename only its engineer would recognise. Another manual opens alone in a new tab, with no sign of the company or the product it belongs to. On a phone, the same file may behave differently again.

We make one clear library around the manuals your company already publishes, so the technician looking for a model on Tuesday morning and the customer who has lost the booklet both begin in the same place.

Give every manual a place

Each manual receives a page with its proper title, its known file details, and the identity and navigation of the company around it. The reader can move through the library without first learning how its folders were arranged.

Search covers the manual names and public paths the library has learned. It does not search words printed inside the PDFs. Scanned manuals are not passed through OCR.

Keep a difficult document usable

PDF behaviour changes between browsers, phones, and source sites. Where a document can be shown soundly, its page keeps the manual in view. Where it cannot, the page changes shape cleanly instead of leaving a failed frame.

The fallback still identifies the manual by its title, filename, type, and known size, then gives the reader one clear way to open the original file.

Leave the originals where they belong

The original PDFs remain at their existing HTTPS addresses. The new library and document pages are made around those addresses without rebuilding the site that already publishes them.

Your company remains responsible for the source documents and their addresses. If the owner moves or removes a file, the library cannot preserve it.
