We attend to the live website as one connected work: first seeing its condition clearly, then restoring what deserves to remain.

Examine its condition

We begin with what the website says about itself and what people are trying to do there. We follow its navigation, sitemaps, searches, forgotten routes, repeated facts, dates, forms, downloads, redirects, and the paths that lead towards a decision.

Automatic checks find ordinary faults and form part of the examination. The deeper work is noticing what can remain technically valid while being plainly wrong: a finished page carrying placeholder words, two public pages that contradict one another, or the one broken step that matters most.

The condition report gives every finding its address and evidence, explains why it matters in this particular website, and distinguishes what should be preserved, repaired, removed, or reconsidered. It is ordered so the consequential things cannot disappear beneath a long list of minor corrections.
